H2O at Home's ambition is to change the daily life to make it healthier by offering water-based cleaning products, essential oils and organic cosmetics.

With a sales network of nearly 6,000 consultants in France, Belgium and the U.S., H20 primarily imports goods from Asia to France and exports goods to their U.S. subsidiary in Phoenix. H20 at Home was looking for a partner who could help them gain visibility, efficiency and time in the management of their transportation.

These challenges involved centralizing all of their transportation information in one place and simplifying their daily transportation management. In addition, H20 was looking for a transportation partner that would enable them to achieve a more global objective: carbon neutrality by 2030.

Project progress

OVRSEA stood out from other freight forwarders by offering a customized service, an outstanding follow-up and a strong business expertise. The platform has enabled them to save 24 to 48 hours on each booking validation. It gathers all the information of their transports in the same place and allows to drastically reduce the exchanges of mails thanks to the discussion interface.

Thanks to the tracking link, which allows to follow the progress of the shipments on the platform, H20 can review its commercial strategy in advance and inform the network, thus avoiding delays, risks of stock shortage...

During the lockdown, the platform was a real relief for them. The history of each transport and the ease of exchange via the integration of documents on the platform has greatly lightened the work of the teams. During this period, OVRSEA managed 80% of their flows.

In addition, OVRSEA has enabled the H20 at Home teams to progress in calculating the carbon footprint of their transport by indicating the estimated carbon footprint directly in the quotations and in the reports accessible on the platform. All these data are key elements that will allow H20 to reach carbon neutrality by 2030.

Thanks to OVRSEA, H20 at Home has been able to simplify and optimize its transportation management, reducing the workload of each team member.
