Terms of Use
OVRSEA platform and integrations - Last updated on 5 August 2026
These terms govern use of the OVRSEA platform and its integrations. They do not replace our General Terms of Sale (CGV), which continue to govern freight forwarding services, pricing and contractual liability.
Publisher
The OVRSEA platform is published by Foresea Technologies, a société par actions simplifiée whose details appear in our legal notice.
Scope
These terms apply to the OVRSEA web platform and to the integrations through which it can be reached, including agents and connectors made available inside third-party assistants such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Access
Access requires an account created by OVRSEA for a customer organisation. You use the platform on behalf of that organisation and only see data belonging to it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to another organisation, to circumvent authentication or rate limits, to reverse engineer the service, or to use it in breach of applicable law.
Information provided
Shipment tracking, documents, reporting and invoicing information are provided for information purposes, drawn from data supplied by carriers, suppliers and customers. A quotation requested through the platform or an integration is an estimate and is not binding until confirmed by OVRSEA. Nothing on the platform constitutes a booking or a commitment of cost on its own.
Third-party platforms
When you use OVRSEA through a third-party assistant, that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of that platform.
Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.
Governing law
French law applies. Disputes fall to the courts within the jurisdiction of our registered office, subject to any mandatory provision to the contrary.
